No accounting function is. The ledger, bank reconciliation, GST returns, payroll, inventory, point of sale, fixed assets and the full report library are on every plan. You move up when you outgrow the limits — more employees, more tills, more locations — not to unlock bookkeeping.

Yes. Invite them by email and choose what they can see and do — Accountant, Bookkeeper, Auditor, view-only, or a custom set. Invitations expire, access can be suspended or removed at any time, and every change is recorded.

Yes. Send a payment link by email or SMS and they can pay through BSP, Cloudcode, Digicel MyCash, bmobile MoniPlus or card, without creating an account. Payments come back against the invoice automatically.

You can run several businesses under one login and switch between them instantly. Locations and branches are supported within a business, and groups can consolidate across entities on the Enterprise plan.

Your data is yours. You can export it whenever you want, in full. Access is restricted by role, every change is written to an audit trail, and connections are encrypted.

Yes. The Government plan adds appropriations, warrants, allotments, commitment control, advances and acquittals, collections and vote reporting, on top of the full accounting system.
